The annual event is designed to bring cancer survivors, those who are going through treatment, and their friends and family together to support each other.
Friends Abreast coordinator Barbara Eltze said the group also set up pink silhouettes of women in the Horsham Civic Centre courtyard on Monday.
“The silhouettes represent your own journey or the journey of a loved one,” she said.
“You can write a message on them to a loved one you may have lost.”
“Or just to yourself to say ‘I am still here’.”
Ms Eltze encouraged people to donate to cancer charities or Rachel’s Wish for the Wimmera Cancer Centre.
“The centre will make a difference for some of the ladies who are travelling for treatment,” she said.
