The first quarter was even with both sides competing hard for an early lead.
The second quarter saw Stawell take the lead.
The Demons refused to give up but were no match for Stawell in the final quarter who accelerated and claimed its 35-24 victory.
Stawell coach Leonie McGuckian said her team were in tears.
"They are not an excitable group of girls at the best of times so it was just so nice to see them all in tears," she said.
"They were a great bunch of girls to coach all season, I knew they had it in them but we just had to show everyone that we did.
"Not only were they undefeated but they were undefeated by big margins too which was really nice."
McGuckian said Stawell stuck to its game plan.
"Their strengths were they stuck to their game plan and played to the structure of the game that I have been trying to coach them all year," she said.
"Their defence and presenting up the court has really got us through all year.
Stawell's best on court was goal shooter Jaz Warren while Claudia McAuliffe took home best for the Demons.
"Jaz has a really strong lead and builds the team at the same time," McGuckian said.
"She just has those good, sturdy hands."
