VICTORIA Police have thanked members of the public for their assistance in helping locate missing Ararat woman Tania House.
Tania, 54, went missing from her Ararat home about 11.15am on Thursday.
A post on the Victoria Police Facebook page revealed Tania was located safe and well late on Friday.
FRIDAY:
POLICE are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Ararat woman Tania House.
The 54-year-old was last seen at her home in Tobin Street, Ararat, Thursday about 11.15am and hasn’t been seen since.
She has been known to frequent Castlemaine and Stawell.
Police said they have concerns for Tania’s welfare as she has a medical condition and have released her image in the hope someone knows her current whereabouts.
Tania is described as being about 167cm tall, with long brown hair and blue eyes.
Police said she was last seen wearing a dark brown and grey top, black pants, black sandals and a black leather handbag.
Anyone who sees Tania is urged to call Ararat Police Station on 5355 1500.
