The centre is holding an event coinciding with National Superhero Week, which starts on August 29.
Children will be able to dress up as their favourite superhero for a gold coin donation.
The event will raise money and awareness for muscular dystrophy.
Muscular Dystrophy Australia's executive director Boris Struk said it was great to see the Stawell community getting involved the initiative.
"We are thrilled to have Stawell residents and Aussie Kindies Early Learning hosting their own national superhero week event," Mr Struk said.
“It is a chance for school kids and adults alike to be that superhero they have always dreamed about, while also raising funds for our programs and research."
All funds raised from National Superhero Week will go towards supporting research at the National Muscular Dystrophy Research Centre at the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute.
Manager Kathryn Allen said the Stawell centre looked forward to playing their part in National Superhero Week.
“It’s obviously a fantastic cause to support,” she said.
“Children can bring their gold coin donation and feel they are doing their part while having lots of fun.”
Centre staff will also get involved in the theme of the day when they dress up in costume and plan games based on the superhero theme.
”It’s kind of every kid’s dream,” she said.
“I imagine they’ll have a fantastic day with all the activities and running around in their costumes.
“The kinder kids will bring in show and tell stuff to share with each other.”
Ms Allen encourages all children to get involved on the day and support the cause.
“Whether the children wear a full blown costume or just a mask or cape, it would be great to see everyone in costume.”
