“We are pleased to advise that rates will either remain steady or rise only minimally. Any price increase for services will be in line with the consumer price index rise of 1.31 per cent,” acting managing director Andrew Rose said.
“This is a great outcome for our customers in an environment of constantly increasing costs and charges.
“We understand that the cost of living is continually rising and we do everything that we can to keep price increases to a minimum, without compromising on our high service standards.”
