The festival kicks off on Friday, July 8 from 4pm to 6pm and runs over three days.
Event organisers are asking people of all ages to come along for a weekend of craft, entertainment, demonstrations, workshops, knitting, crocheting, spinning, weaving, carding and felting.
There are plenty of prizes to be won, including a $100 gift voucher for Sportspower for the best beanie and beanie story.
The workshops will be a highlight this year, but with limited spots available you must book.
Twenty per cent of proceeds will go to the Eventide Homes Aged Care Facility in Stawell.
In conjunction with the festival, children will “yarn bomb” the fences of Sloane Street.
The yarn bomb will see kids decorate the street with knitted wool.
Entry forms can be picked up from powerhouse and close on July 1.
