The tea party will take place at Lillies and Lattes from 2.30pm to 4pm.
The cost is $12 per person with a prize for the craziest hat.
All funds raised from the tea party will go to the Rotary Mental Health Project.
People living in Stawell and surrounds are asked to support the fundraiser, which was introduced to Stawell in 2014 by the late Rotarian Val Nicholson.
Rotary Health Day 2015 focuses on mental health and monies raised will be directed towards this cause.
With one in five people affected by mental illness, Rotary is flicking the switch to shine a light on mental health through research.
Hat Day is a way people can get involved and show their support for people affected by depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, anorexia and many other serious conditions.
