First pictures from the weekend show what a difference 18 months makes. The 23-year-old couldn't have looked further from the much-publicised shots of March 2011 that revealed a stick-thin frame and marks on her arms, raising speculations over heroin use. The DJ insisted at the time that the discolouration was caused by psoriasis.
Hello! magazine coverage from Saturday's Kent wedding show an altogether healthier looking Peaches: parted blonde hair, a wreath of daisies, bright skin and baby Astala in her arms.
Her ivory lace gown was a custom design by Alberta Ferreti and was one of three dresses the bride wore on Saturday.
It's a picture-perfect portrait of the big day - or in Hello! parlance, "a fairytale family" - albeit with no mother-of-the-bride present.
Yates died in 2000 after a drug overdose at her London home. Her death came just three years after her second husband, Michael Hutchence, died in Sydney.
The new Mrs Cohen told Hello! magazine: "I feel her presence all the time but especially today.
"Mum loved family celebrations and she would adore Tom and the fact that we've married here.
"I know that she is watching over me and feeling so happy for us."
As much as she may rebel against comparisons with Yates, there is no doubt that Peaches is her mother's daughter.
A total of seven bridesmaids supported the bride as she made her wedding vows, including sisters Fifi, 29, Pixie, 21, and Tiger, 16.
Former Boomtown Rat, Bob, 60, told the magazine: "It's a beautiful day, in all senses of the word. I am happy for them. I love seeing people in love". He is reported to have danced into the night at the celebration.
