Having not played them before Swifts will be hoping to stamp some authority on the game early and get a good start on the scoreboard.
In recent games this season and even in previous seasons the Baggies have been slow starters and tomorrow they hope it can be a different story.
Coach Paul Hanns isn't too concerned about knowing very little about Jeparit Rainbow.
"We haven't played them before, but the results suggest it should be a good game," Hanns said.
"They haven't been that impressive and neither have we. In the position we are in we can't be taking anyone lightly."
One thing that will play into the Swifts hands is that they have had a week off to freshen up both mentally and physically and for some that meant letting sore bodies heal.
With light sessions on the track last week and the chance to stay away from football on the weekend Hanns is feeling fit and ready to go tomorrow and hopes his players are in a similar position.
"I am sure most of the boys enjoyed the week off," Hanns said.
"There were only a couple of our fitness fanatics who didn't rest, like Scott Carey."
Carey opted to play for Moyston Willaura last weekend, given an opportunity to play with his family was too good to let slide.
"I didn't mind him playing," Hanns said.
"He came and asked me and I was fine with it. Had be been injured it might have been a bit different. He got through okay so that is the main thing."
The poor weather on Tuesday night affected their training plans forcing them into a circuit, however training last night was at full intensity.
After a couple of strong performances junior footballers Sam Raeck and Corey Prydderch will likely hold their spot. However one player will make way for Tim Friend who is back in the line up for tomorrow's game.
Friend will start in the forward line and with his coaching back ground will offer plenty of knowledge and experience.
"Players like Tim just lift players around them," Hanns said.
"They just make the team grow a foot or two and that confidence sees the football lift."
Friend has played just one game for the club so far and they were victorious over Edenhope Apsley.
Swifts will likely miss Josh Newton who is still resting an ankle injury from their last hitout.
Newton has had the last two weeks off training and was absent from the track again last night.
Swifts will be hoping they get plenty of support as Jeparit Rainbow make their way to North Park for the first time.
The action is expected to start at 2.20pm.
