Bligh, who finished second in the Heather Hatcher Medal (WNA's league best and fairest), dominated in the centre for the Rats in what was another successful season for the team.
A grade's most improved award went to defender Tiffany Boatman in her first full season in Ararat's senior line-up.
Rats' coach Rebecca Skrabl said her fellow defender adapted well to various opponents throughout the season, using her height and vertical leap to advantage.
In B grade goal shooter Alice Laidlaw was judged the best player by joint-coaches Kara Cunningham and Hannah Miller, with the most improved player being defender Grace Molloy.
Adding to her third place finish in the Wimmera 17 and under vote count, Rats' co-captain Lucy Mills was named her team's most valuable.
Other 17 and under award winners were Justine May for most consistent and Maddi Batchelor who received the coaches award from Lisa Antonio.
In the 15 and under As joint-coaches Lauri and Brooke Williamson selected Monique Scott as the most valuable player, with Larni Cain awarded most improved and Tayla Borrelli most coachable.
After winning the Wimmera Netball Association premiership the 15 and under B team received plenty of praise from the club, with a number of players earning awards.
Coach Megan Shea said Karly Griffits was the most improved trophy recipient, while captain Emily May took home most consistent, Annie Shea was named most determined and the best in finals award went to Lilly Sewell.
Each member of the 13 and under team received a present from coach Kate Bligh for their efforts during the season.
