Workers have been busy in the Botanic Garden, weeding, mowing and generally sprucing up the area in preparation for the annual show.
Others have been out checking where we will advise tourists to go to see flowers.
Back indoors, tickets are being printed, posters laminated and rosters organised. Local photographers have also provided organisers with wildflower and scenery photos to display around town.
Now all that is needed is good weather for the weekend and a stream of visitors coming to enjoy our wildflowers.
Not forgetting too, that the Australian garden flowers will be on show at nearby Pomonal.
This weekend will mark the 76th anniversary of the Grampians Wildflower Show.
Following a break in 2013, the Grampians Wildflower Show is back with a variety of activities for the entire family to take part in, including wildflower displays arranged in the charming Botanic Garden, together with an in-ground collection.
Also in the garden, marquees will house educational displays about the habitats and environments wildflowers grow in as well as expert plant identification help.
There will be a native orchid display at MOCO Gallery, while a Parks Victoria and Friends of Grampians Gariwerd display will celebrate the 30th birthday of the Grampians National Park.
Demonstrations will also be conducted by resident artist Lynn Stone as she creates exquisite embroidered native flowers.
A wildflower themed art display will be featured throughout the town of Halls Gap and a variety of flower walks, drives and guided tours.
Visitors can relax over a Devonshire tea and browse the displays in the Centenary Hall.
