Hindmarsh Shire saw the largest increase, with seven new cases; Northern Grampians had three new cases and Horsham recorded two.
The Buloke and West Wimmera shires recorded zero new cases.
A spokesperson for West Wimmera Health Service, which includes Nhill, said all positive cases were isolating at home, and receiving support for the duration for their quarantine.
This comes as Victoria recorded more than 1000 cases state-wide.

Horsham Rural City: 3 active cases (+2)
Ararat Rural City: 1 active case (+1)
