As a result, Stawell Regional Health have invested more resources to increase their testing capacity in town to deal with case numbers rising across the state.
COVID-19 TESTING
They have established a testing marquee, located in the Stawell Regional Health carpark, near Building C.
A Stawell Regional Health spokesperson said that with increased COVID-19 exposure sites throughout regional Victoria they had seen an "steady daily flow" of people getting tested.
The spokesperson said Stawell Regional Health was also running their testing clinic seven days a week for as many hours as required for bookings.

The testing facilities remain onsite at the Stawell Regional Health hospital, with standby plans to facilitate enmasse testing in the community at an alternate site as required.

You will be given instructions on where and when to go to get your test.
OTHER SERVICES
On Wednesday September 22 the Ballarat area was released after a week of stay-at-home orders.
The Stawell Regional Health spokesperson said health services between Ballarat and Stawell were not affected during this time.
"Health care continues to be provided. There may be some specialists that transition to telehealth models where appropriate,," they said.

"This is a standard approach since COVID-19 entered the world."
They also said that Stawell patients who needed to travel to Ballarat for treatment were able to, even under lockdown restrictions.
"Under the state directives you are entitled to travel for care," the spokesperson said.
"Healthcare providers generally 'triage' their patients to ensure high risk patients are seen. The same applies for surgery, which is continuing at this point in time."
