Monaghan's Real Estate have proudly displayed their colours inside and outside the office, with a Bulldogs flag hoisted on the top of the building for all to see.
Terry Monaghan has been a passionate Bulldogs supporter for over 60 years, with Deb Riley also part of the kennel.
For Mr Monaghan, the Western Bulldogs' surge to the 2021 grand final has reminded him of their premiership success in 2016.
"I'm very pleased. I waited so long for 2016 and this just almost feels like a repeat," he said.

"Coming from where we have on the ladder and to win our way through to a grand final and to be in it again is exceptional.
"After waiting for many years, to get two chances in five years, I am delighted."
In 2016 Monaghan shared in the spoils from the comfort of home, and in 2021 not much will change.
"It was the best game I have ever seen," he said.
"It was great to be with family and watch it and finally be a winning doggy, it was great."
Mr Monaghan was also hoping some omen's from the past will help his side get their hands on the cup on Saturday.
"On the 25 September 1954, the Bulldogs played Melbourne in the grand final and the Bulldogs won their first one," he said.
OTHER NEWS:
"And in the Bulldogs' theme song it says 'son's of the mighty west'; and where are we playing, in the west."
For Mrs Riley, the lifelong Bulldogs fan, said she was hoping to see her side win a grand final for just the second time in her life time.
"I am excited and nervous for them," she said.
"I never thought I'd see one grand final in my life time, so to see one and potentially see a second, I am pretty hopeful.
"I will probably watch the game in the shed at home with my husband and one of my boys.
"Otherwise it will be a pretty quiet celebrations and hopefully you can hear us yelling and screaming."
Both fans tipped a close finish, with the Bulldogs prevailing of course.
"It gets said every time, but it is the heart of the Bulldogs," Mrs Riley said.
"They support each other and back each other up. It is just the way the Bulldogs are always considered the underdogs and they always come together."
