The Stawell Police station has been temporarily closed after a COVID-19 scare in the region.
A Victoria Police spokesperson said a person from a COVID-19 classified red zone attended the Stawell Police foyer in the past seven days.
There is no confirmation the person attended an exposure site, just that they were from a red zone.
The spokesperson said the foyer is currently undergoing a deep clean and will be reopened as soon as possible.
The spokesperson also confirmed a number of police officers working at the station during the affected period are being tested and will isolate while they await their test results.
Finally, the spokesperson said there is no impact on service delivery to the area.
