The Stawell Times-News understands around 8am calls came in after, a heavy ridged vehicle carrying a skip bin full of rubble rolled, and diesel was leaking from the truck.
The Stawell Times-News also understands no one was trapped at the scene.
Some traffic is being diverted around the incident. Police are on scene.
