I moved to Stawell from Geelong and had a few mates here and as the years went on and the Swifts grew as the place I want to be.
So I have been here six years now.
The mates and community around us makes it a great place.
Q. Who do you see as your toughest opponent and why?
Harrow a few years back probably had the best team I have seen and Nic Pecan trying to play on him was a challenge.
He was just really skillful and really strong and they play really well as a team.

Q. What makes you get out of bed on those days where it's not likely to reach 10 degrees and hasn't stopped raining in days?
I think the feeling of having a good win with the boys and working towards finals.
You have to work really hard to get that reward for effort so that helps get you up and going.
Q. Who do you rate the most around the club?
Scott Carey is an amazing leader and player. He is older now but he can still run and play. I have a lot of time for Scott Carey.
Q. What is the greatest piece of advice you have received as a player?
Probably just to keep your head up. If you're having a sort of rough patch, just keep going to training and keep trying to play the best you can.
