At the completion of the round seven clash, Navarre will have faced teams occupying the top six positions on the ladder and looking forward to a more favorable draw as the season enters the winter months.
Navarre's Under-14's were the shining light on an otherwise dirty day, running away with a comfortable 36-point win.
Jacob Martin kicked four goals to be named the teams best, while Bradley Carter, Joseph Nellthorp and Dion Flanagan were also key contributors.
In the seniors, after an even first 10 minutes of action, Carisbrook controlled the opening quarter to take a 40-point lead into the first break.

Navarre fought back over the next hour of football to limit the scoreboard damage, before late final quarter goals saw the eventual margin extend to 90 points in a disappointing outing for the Grasshoppers.
Jayden Fowkes continued his good form since his return from injury, while Riley Bibby, Louis Hannett and Justin Lee all turned in strong games.
The reserves game saw an improved showing from Navarre against a quality opponent, a 47-point defeat belying a hard fought contest.
Kell Bibby and Matt Arbuckle continued their good form, while Keiran Longmuir and Adam Bullock also played well.
The Under-17's were outgunned by the top of the table Redbacks, succumbing by 142 points in a dominant display.
Jordan Barnett, Zach Vartey, Ryder Woltjen an Madix Perry battled valiantly in defeat.

At home last week against Carisbrook the Under-11's faced a team sitting second on the ladder and were left in no doubt on the gap between the leagues pacesetters and the teams in the pack following.
Arlee Seehusen, Charlie Dunn, Levi Henderson and Morgan Greenaway named best for the young Grasshoppers in a tough 60-point loss.
In the netball it was also a tough day, with no teams able to score a win against some quality Carisbrook sides.
In the A Grade Navarre struggled to keep up with the Redbacks falling short, 25-59. Shae Hannett was named as the team's best on a tough day, with Amber Taylor also impressing to score the coaches award.
It was a similar score in the B Grade was Navarre outplayed 21-56. Ruby Bibby was named as the team's best and Lillie Comitti received the coaches award.
