The business organisation announced Llew Clark will be stepping into the role of president and Adrienne Preston will become vice-president as they look to rebuild after the challenges of 2020.
Stawell Biz president Llew Clark said he and the existing members discussed how they will be looking at reshaping Stawell Biz's role in the community.
"We used the meeting as a real brainstorming evening together with some of the members," he said.
"Because we had been in hiatus during COVID and the organisation had lost its momentum a bit, we are looking at what is going to be best to boost it again.

"We are looking potential coming up with a new name for it and rebranding the organisation."
Mr Clark said he wanted to regain Stawell Biz's momentum and ensure it plays a key role in developing the region's economy.
"We will be looking at getting in contact with former members and we will be looking at being inclusive all aspects of business in Stawell," he said.
"There has been some business owners that have questioned the necessity of having Stawell Biz because they ask: 'what can Stawell Biz do to positively influence my business?'.
"We are really wanting to work closely with businesses at a grassroots level and we want businesses to understand we are all working together in this."

Mr Clark said he wanted to make sure Stawell Biz helped businesses in the region work together for the region's benefit.
"We are not wanting to be operating as independent entities, all trying to sail our own ship, we are wanting to support businesses and and obviously support businesses working with council too," he said.
"We're also looking to work closely with other business networks within the Wimmera and actively support tourism in the Grampians.
"We will be looking at running some training and some business training seminars and a lot of networking events as well."
Mr Clark said he expected the group to hold monthly meetings, with the one earmarked for sometime in early June.
He encouraged business owners to get involved and get in contact through Adrienne Preston, the owner of Sneak-A-Peak, himself at Clark's Furniture or via the Stawell Biz Facebook page.
