The team went with only 12 players, making it tough going the very long Horsham City Oval.
The conditions were perfect for football, and the girls were excited and nervous about the game.
Horsham are an experienced team, with many strong and developed bodies who have many years of football under their belt already.

While the Warriors are very young and new to football in a lot of cases, meaning the Warriors had a huge task ahead of them to compete with the Demons.
The first quarter was tough, with Horsham locking the ball in their forward 50 for much of the quarter, they had many scoring shots, while the Warriors defenders did an amazing job of holding to just two goals in the quarter.
During the second quarter the wind picked up, and Horsham were kicking with the breeze.
The Demons started winning the centre taps, kicking long into their forward 50 and scoring quickly.
Stawell managed to wrest the ball from a contest on the wing with Vanilla Ika using her footspeed, evasive skills and kicking ability to get the ball deep into the forward line, where Sophie Martin scored our only goal for the game.
The second half proved to be difficult, as the Warriors ran out of legs; and Horsham, who played smart, fast moving football finished with a winning margin of 50 points.
In round four the Warriors will face Terang-Mortlake at 11am on Sunday May 16 at Central Park.
