Mum of three, Hannah Argall lives on a farm in Marnoo and understands how, especially first time mothers, may want privacy to feed.
"I breast feed all of my children, which I have been very blessed and privileged to do," she said.
"First time mums, you are nervous and might not like feeding in public. You deal with the situation and do the best you can and feed in the car or in private.
"I'm still currently breast feeding my youngest, and I'm at the stage where when she's hungry I will just feed her. You get a bit better with it as you go along."
Ms Argall said the facilities at Horsham are "pretty dismal."
"One of the rooms is tiny and you can't even get a pram to turn around in there," she said.

"It's a tiny box of a room. It's a nightmare.
"I'd rather sit in a café where there is a bit more space, but it's not as private."
She said she would use the Kalkee Road Hub but this can be difficult when looking after more than one child.
"A lot of the times it's just easier to feed in the car in private," Ms Argall said.
Ms Argall said there needs to be a facility in the main street.
"Stawell doesn't have very good facilitates either, it's all rural towns," she said.
"The best I have heard is the room in Warracknabeal.
"In Stawell there is nothing. The maternal health centre is great, but they are not in the main street."
Ms Argall said parents need a child friendly with facilities and safe area.
OTHER NEWS:
"The best place I have come across is Wendouree Village, there is a DVD playing, safe play areas," she said.
"In Ballarat there are several locations around town where you now you'll have a safe place to feed."
She said Horsham is a country hub where others come to do their shopping, so facilities are needed.
"Recently there was a Facebook poll on what facilities they would like to see in Stawell, the majority of the answers was to have an indoor play centre for children," Ms Argall said.
"There is just nothing in Stawell for children to play."
Ms Argall said she would never use a rest room to feed her baby.
"I, myself, wouldn't eat in a toilet, so I wouldn't expect my babies too," she said.
"It's just wrong on so many levels."
She said there just needs to be safe places with a comfy chair to do what "comes natural."
"It's difficult enough without having no where to go," Ms Argall said.
"If there was a spot up the street, it would be treasured by all visiting mums."
