"The girls played tremendous today and I'm very, very proud as coach," George said.
"I think the girls played passionate Mallee netball rather than that so much Wimmera netball.
"They came out against Warrack, and although Warrack were very strong attacking-wise, I just feel that our girls were very passionate about what they were out to get and I think that really came off for us."
George named goalkeeper Brylee Schache, Zali Brown and Jodi Hayes as the standouts.
"Brylee Schache played a tremendous game today in defence," she said.
"Zali Brown added that little bit of extra spark down in goal-attack and she shot at a great percentile which I am tremendously happy with.
OTHER NEWS:
"Jodi Hayes in the midcourt played a great captains role, which I think really carried the girls through and she was very composed and very passionate about her netball and we are blessed to have her over from Dimboola."
