When the sides run out to play, it will have been more than three weeks since the Warriors started their year strongly with big wins against Ararat on the field and on the court.
In the senior football, the Warriors flexed their muscle with a 77 point win over Ararat, with Cody Driscoll's seven goals leading the way.
Stawell will also be looking for big games from Jackson Dark, Sam Williams, Tom Walker and Sean Mantell who were instrumental to their big win in round one.
The Warriors will also like their chances against Nhill, who are coming off a tough opening round game.

Nhill were blown away in the second half by the Horsham Demons who ran out 72 point winners on Saturday night.
In 2019 the Warriors started the year with two losses, but in 2021 the opportunity is there for a hot start.
The Warriors netballers will also be looking to pick up where they left off on Good Friday, where they defeated the Rats by 10 goals in the A Grade.
Nhill suffered a big defeat in their A Grade clash as the Demons piled on 70 goals to Nhill's 21, so the Warriors will also be hoping to continue their winning form.
There will be plenty of new faces in and one new team at Central Park, with the Warriors C Reserve netball grade in a action for the first time.
The WFNL announced plans to add the division to the competition in 2020, with six clubs to field a side.
"The C Reserve is great because it does give juniors a go and a couple of the clubs have some extra players in the under-17 so it does help with that over flow," league netball director Toni Stewart said.
OTHER NEWS:
"And you also have some other players who have been out of netball for a while."
A Grade netballer Ebony Summers will be coaching the C Reserve side in 2021.
However the Warriors under-17 netballers will have to wait before they hit the court with Nhill unable to field a side in 2021.
Rita Dyer is coaching the under-13 team, Alicia Gooden the under-15s and Christine Graveson the under-17s.
