A police spokesperson said a vehicle was reported being driven erratically on Seaby Street just before 12.30pm on Thursday, April 15.
The black Volvo was intercepted a short time later.

Police vehicles were utilised to immobilise the vehicle and the driver was arrested at the scene without further incident, the spokesperson said.
The 33-year-old Deep Lead man has been charged with multiple offences including intentionally exposing police officer to risk by driving and reckless conduct endangering serious injury.
He has been remanded to appear at Horsham Magistrates' Court on July 7.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen the Black Volvo travelling in the area prior to the crash, to contact Crime Stoppers.
