Most of the time, these faces aren't the players that are out on the field or courts, but those who work tirelessly in jobs sometimes no one else wants to do.
Those people, grow a passion that you can't explain for their beloved club.
One of those people at the Swifts Football Netball Club is Leigh.
Leigh is moving closer to his family and will have to farewell his beloved football club and town.
For more than 30 years Leigh has volunteered at the Swifts Football Netball Club - running water and any other job that is asked of him.
READ MORE:
A life member, Leigh was forced to 'retire' from his jobs due to failing health and COVID-19 meant he couldn't attend football to support the Baggies.
Another of Leigh's job was to take the lollies out for players at quarter time.
Many members of the club can remember Leigh being around the club when their parents were players.
OTHER NEWS:
Leigh agreed that finals were a good time for the club and especially the 2014 premiership.
"I loved the finals," he said.
"I have a photo with all the boys."
Leigh also loves playing cricket and also represented the region in the Tri-State games and would come home with a handful of medals on each visit.
On Saturday, the club will pay their respects to Leigh, his hard work and dedication to the club when he attends his last game before he moves away.
"I'm going to buy some lollies at the canteen," he said.
