Agrimac St Arnaud and Ballarat have been purchased by the company, expanding O'Connors from 10 locations to 12 - now the largest Case IH dealership in Australia.
O'Connors chief executive Gareth Webb said the business looked for opportunities for further growth following their successful expansion into NSW Central West region in 2018-19 and the Agrimac locations in Ballarat and St Arnaud present a perfect fit.
"O'Connors is a family business built upon great customer relationships, commitment to service, knowledge of the industry and fifty-seven years of experience," he said.
"The acquisition of the Agrimac Case IH dealerships is a great opportunity to extend our footprint into a diverse agricultural region, combining our experience with the knowledge that is already in the Ballarat and St Arnaud business.
