Jim Leithhead will be hosting a Show and Shine in Pomonal on Good Friday, opening his private museum to help raise money for the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday appeal.
Mr Leithhead owns about 35 Lincoln's, with the earliest having been manufactured in 1922.
Others are encouraged to bring their classic cars and bikes along for display on Friday, April 2, with awards for various categories.
Mr Leithhead held a similar event in 2019 which raised more than $10,000 for the Royal Children's Hospital.
He said he was pleased to be able to support such a worthwhile cause.
"We have a lot of different car clubs come out there, and I thought, 'I'll just charge a small entry fee for the Royal Children's Hospital'," he said.
"It's a very good cause, and we're hoping to raise a lot more money.
"It's a good way for people to donate because they get something out of it as well. I think it will only get bigger and bigger."
The Show and Shine will be held on Mr Leithhead's property at 254 Tunnel Road.
Food and drinks are available; however, people are welcome to bring their provisions.
Entry will cost $20.
