Early in the day it looked as though the Combine's attacking style line-up proved to be too strong once more for the visiting team, but a bit of class through Michael Harricks proved to be just what his team needed.
Combine dominated the first day of play, securing victory by 109 runs and went into the game with the confidence of being able to get the job done.
Batting first, the favourites found themselves in a similar position to day one and sat at 3-48 off 21 overs.
A big push from Matt Heffer and Jamie Bach got the team to a handy score of 5-119 for their innings.
Harricks was the pick of the bowlers, 2-10 off eight, including six maiden overs.
Buangor-Tatyoon's skipper Jarrod Blanford looked to have his eye in early before being dismissed from a catch behind by Ricky Peters.
OTHER NEWS:
Wickets fell early for Buangor-Tatyoon who would rather forget how quickly their innings collapsed on Saturday.
After 12 overs, the runs were steadily creeping on but came at a cost of wickets, 5-39.
The match was left to Jacob Bates and Harricks to get the required runs.
A 52 run partnership saw the match swing totally around, and in the favour of Buangor-Tatyoon.
Despite another two wickets falling, including Bates on 29, Harricks kept chipping away at the run chase to pull off the much needed win.
Harricks finished 40 not out.
Heffer and Jay Moody took three wickets each for Combine.
Play will continue on Monday at Tatyoon.
