Stawell Regional Health has announced a range of changes to their services after the Victorian Government implemented stage four restrictions throughout the state.

Under the new restrictions for regional Victoria, hospitals will not permitted any visitors except for end of life, support partner for birth or parent accompanying child.
Stawell Regional Health chief executive officer Kate Pryde released a statement which outlined a number of changes to services to meet the new restrictions.

She said Stawell Regional Health's "residential care facility and hospital will be closed to visitors for the specified period".
"Extenuating circumstances may apply and will be assessed against the directives.
"Group rehabilitation and group classes will be suspended for the specified period.
"Oncology services will continue, but there will be no visitors allowed into day chemotherapy unit.
"Surgery may be impacted - we are awaiting advice from the Department of Health and surgical patients will be contacted directly once a decision has been made.
