Ararat Police are seeking public assistance to help identify a man who masturbated while at a fast food outlet last month.
On Sunday January 17 an unknown man entered the High Street restaurant between 1-1.30pm.
While waiting in line to order, the man inappropriately touched himself while looking at a female staff member.
Staff refused to take his money until he washed his hands.

The man was seen to go to the bathroom, before returning to the counter to order and left with his food.
Police have released images and CCTV of a man they believe can assist with their enquiries.
He is perceived to be Caucasian, aged in his 40s, about 183cm tall and was wearing dark tracksuit pants and a striped top.
