Stawell will have its own diesel-only service station with the Endeavour Group hoping to open the site by the end of February.
The site is in the final stages of development with landscaping works and council approval required before the site can officially open.
The site will be unmanned and open 24 hours, seven days a week, and will cater for all kinds of diesel vehicles, from large trucks to farm equipment and other vehicles.
Endeavour Group marketing manager Ross Gilberthorpe said the site would add competition to the region and would be safe and accessible for all users.
"This region has been dominated by a few players for quite a while and our goal is to bring value, fuel at a competitive price to the region," he said.
"That's what the company has been doing for 28 years, building sites in rural areas, servicing the communities we operate in and delivering quality products, that's what we are good at.
"It will be a 24-7 unmanned site, anyone can go there as it has high flow and low flow bowsers for trucks and cars. An important component of building these sites is to make it easy access and exist for the truck drivers.
"You want ample room for an easy turning circle to get in and get out safely, so we have designed them with the user in mind so they get the benefits."
The Endeavour Group are a smaller, family run business that has sites across regional and rural Australia and are building their brand around western Victoria.
"We have sites throughout Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia and in this area we have a station in Horsham and we are also going to be building in Great Western, Moama, Kerang and Donald, so we are build a collection fuel sites around the western districts," he said.
"All of these sites are family-owned, there is no franchises and in doing that we can give the best value to the customer as we are not paying branding fees to large corporates thus, we can bring the best market price and quality locations.
"We are looking forward to bringing a good value product to the area and getting to know everyone."
