Overnight, the Department of Health and Human Services recorded no new COVID-19 cases for the Victorian community but saw three new cases in hotel quarantine.
The new cases in hotel quarantine take Victoria's active cases tally to 34.
In the past 24 hours, 19,810 test results were received in Victoria.
The new DHHS data follow a report from the World Health Organisation that predicts global deaths from the coronavirus will top 100,000 per week "very soon".
