The man, in his 20s, suffered upper and lower body injuries, and was flown by helicopter to Royal Melbourne Hospital.
The Stawell Times-News understands the accident occurred on the corner of Bolangum Inn Road and Creswicks Well Road and emergency crews were called at about at 3am on January 17.
