The Department of Health and Human Services daily update shows no new locally-acquired COVID-19 cases.
Four new cases in hotel quarantine over the past 24 hours take Victoria's active coronavirus cases stands at 34.
In the past 24 hours 15,574 test results were received.
More detail on the four new hotel quarantine cases is expected at Daniel Andrews' daily briefing.
The daily cases update comes after Mr Andrews yesterday announced NSW council areas along the Victorian border had been downgraded to green zones as of 6pm last night.
It will allow people travelling back from those NSW areas to cross the border with a border permit. They will not need to isolate or receive a negative test on returning to Victoria.
