UPDATED 8.20am: Geoscience Australia has recorded an earthquake north of Glenorchy on Friday morning. The 3.6 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 7.58am. EARLIER 8.10am: When the ground started to shake - all clocks would have been looked out How could a day go past unknowingly and the Stawell Gold Mine mine blast been felt already? The messages started pouring in - from all sides of Stawell asking what the rumble was and even reports of residents feeling it in Ararat. The Stawell Times-News will update as more information comes to hand to confirm if the rumble was in fact an earthquake. More to come.
