The event will run on Saturday 23 January from 11am with all kinds of classic cars, trucks and motorcycles on display, along with a whole range of family friendly activities.
Great Western Hotel publican Bruce Ahchow said the event had become hugely popular over the last few years and 2021 should be no exception.
"This event started four years ago after a car club visited the hotel and the event has just grown from there," he said.

"Last year we introduced a truck section to the show and local Mick Best organized some of Lindsay Fox's private collection of trucks for the event.
"For half a century the Linfox trucks have been going up and down the Western Highway through Great Western and we were very excited to have some of the fully restored trucks on display."
Across the last four years the Show and Shine Street Party has become an important initiative of the Great Western Future Committee as all funds raised are then used to improve facilities across Great Western.
Many classic cars and motorcycles will be on display, with key categories including best truck, best classic car (pre-1995), best vintage car (pre-1970), best classic motorcycle (pre-1995) and the popular people's choice award.
Ararat SES will also have a vehicle display and information for potential volunteers.
The event opens at 11am with judging taking place from 2pm, with free entry for both Show and Shine entrants and spectators.
