With the event in doubt, residents from Stawell and surrounds contacted SPACI and brainstormed a solution for the community.
A series of short videos will be merged into one and publicised for all to see.

"I was happy to source some people to do some singing within restrictions and do some filming.
"Susan managed to find a volunteer who was willing to put together, and also had the expertise in doing it."
Ms Stewart said churches, schools and community groups were welcome to submit a recording of a performance.
"It could be a household or it could be school choir," she said.
"I'm working with members of SPACI to see who would be interested in doing a video.
"With the change of restrictions, we can now have up to five singers performing in a well-ventilated room."
Ms Stewart said if anyone wanted to submit a video they could contact either herself or Susan Pearce.
"It will be about the community responding and assisting us in getting the content in," she said.
"Normally when we put it on stage there would be six months of planning and rehearsing.
"Now it will be about what people will bring to the new process
"We've had people tell us they will miss the different groups coming together.
"Hopefully the video can show locally, Christmas is still really important and I think after the year we have had that's as true as ever."
Deadline for submissions is November 27.
