A LARGE billboard arrived at the weekend featuring the cold case of Stawell's Russell Martin. Mr Martin went missing in 1977 and his sister, Bev Roberts has been searching for answers about her brother's disappearance since. The billboard features a photo of Mr Martin on one side, asking for the community's help. The other, a picture of Mrs Roberts pleading for more information. The story of Mr Martin was featured in the True Crime podcast in episode 158. In October 2020, Victoria Police confirmed Russell Martin's case still remained unsolved. Stawell Times-News also looked through the archives for previous reporting on the case.
