Normally a one-day event, this year's Stawell Regional Health Y-Zetts will run from November 16-21, allowing more community members to participate and still practice social distancing.
With businesses across Stawell still recovering from the COVID-19 economic downturn, President Meg Blake OAM said the volunteer group want to create a "one week shopping spree bonanza".
"This year it is more important than ever to support local businesses and Stawell Regional Health," Mrs Blake said.

"We are counting on past team leaders and the community of Stawell and District to get behind this mutually beneficial event."
The Stawell Regional Health Y-Zetts have raised more than $375,000 since the group formed in 1975. Fund raised go to the hospital to purchase much-needed equipment.
Almost 30 stores are taking part in this year's event, spread along Stawell's Main Street and the Western Highway.
To take part, shopper purchase passports for $20, qualifying holders access to the 'Spree' bargains.
Passports are available from Y-Zett members and Perry's Footwear, Stawell; it is necessary for shoppers to present their passport to enjoy the special discounts and special offers.
