Attendance limits at pubs, households, and the Gabba itself will make for a very different AFL grand final this year.
But for Stawell's diehard footy fans, abnormality won't take away from a special occasion.
When Richmond and Geelong lock horns, there's bound to be plenty of cheering across Stawell.
One of those fans is Mavis Evans.
Mrs Evans has supported Geelong for 63 years - starting when she was just 13 years old.
"I just picked them," she said.
"I like the colours and went with them from memory."
Since then, Mrs Evans for years went to as many home games as she could in Geelong.
"Over the years my favourite players were Gary Ablett Snr, Andrew Mackie and Jimmy Bartel," she said.
"Now it's Gary Ablett Jnr and Patrick Dangerfield.
"I'm hoping for a win for the team but both of those as well."
