The last update on the VEC website was at 11am.
Since 11am, the VEC confirmed there were some changes.
"As a result, we have three nominations for three vacancies in Stawell ward, two nominations for two vacancies in Kara Kara ward, one nomination for one vacancy in Central ward and no nominations for the South West ward which had one vacancy," a VEC representative said.
The representative confirmed the website should be updated at 5pm on Tuesday to reflect the changes.
"With regards to the South West ward, there will be a subsequent by-election at a time to be advised by the VEC," they said.
The Stawell Times-News understands the Councillors who are nominated in each ward have run unopposed so no voting and poll will be conducted.
As of 11am, Kevin Erwin had nominated for Central ward while Karen Hyslop, Murray Emerson, Lauren Dempsey and Rob Haswell were named as nominees of Stawell ward.
More to come.
