The number of active cases in regional Victoria also dropped to a total of 23.
Statewide, the number of active cases has fallen to 657, down from 743 yesterday.
This morning, Premier Daniel Andrews said there are no new COVID-19 cases in regional Victoria, as he urged symptomatic people to get tested.
The 14-day rolling average number of new cases is 1.6, compared to 1.8 yesterday.
Mr Andrews said about 7000 people got tested on Saturday, but if test numbers are not maintained, it will hold the state back from taking "future steps".
