Northern Grampians Shire Council has announced it will reopen its customer service centres on August 31, 13 days before stage three lockdown is scheduled to end in regional Victoria.
The Department of Health and Human Services has approved the reopening.
"The Stawell Town Hall office will be open from 8.30am to 4.45pm, Monday to Friday with a limit of five small groups. Patrons will be required to stand on the marked areas of the floor," the council said in a statement.
"The St Arnaud Office will be open 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday with a limit of six people in total allowed in the reception area at any time."
Residents can call 5358 8700 instead of visiting a service centre.
