It was a bittersweet round knowing restrictions might have meant the remaining two rounds wouldn't go ahead, dependent on recommendations from Golf Australia.
The three round event is now postponed after advice came through from Golf Australia on Wednesday evening.
The event was re-scheduled from May after the first block of stage three restrictions were introduced.
Jo Orr leads the championships with a round of 86.
