Thursday's update from the Department of Health and Human Services also shows 3298 people have recovered from the virus.
There are no new cases in the Northern Grampians, and have been three overall since the pandemic began.
It follows Victoria recording a further 403 positive tests for coronavirus on Thursday, and five deaths.
The overall total has increased by 386, with the 17 cases reclassified largely due to duplication.
The biggest outbreak in Western Victoria is at the Australian Lamb Company in Colac, where 29 cases have been linked to one facility.
There have been 398 cases in regional Victoria overall since the pandemic began, and not all of these are still active.
How the DHHS assigns COVID cases:
- Residential location is the address provided when the case is notified
- This is not where they were infected and may not be where they are currently residing
- Numbers are correct as of 11.59pm last night, but are subject to change, including changes to residential address
- Active cases are those who have tested positive, currently in isolation and being monitored by the DHHS
