The business group meets on a semi-regular basis and is the main driving force behind Stawell's Christmas parade and Easter Saturday Main Street Sensation.
Without the two events, thousands of dollars will be lost for the retail and hospitality sector in Stawell.
Clark's Furniture proprietor Llewellyn Clark is a member of StawellBiz and said he believed all industry and sectors needed to support the networking group for it to thrive.
"We have achieved some really good outcomes over the years and there are some really positive projects coming to Stawell," he said.
