EDMH chief executive Andrew Saunders said Rural Doctors will take over the clinic from April 10.
"Dr Sabiha Rimi along with her husband and family will be moving to Edenhope," he said.
"We will introduce Dr Sabiha to the community and provide more information about Rural Doctors and the service the clinic will offer in the near future.
"This is a fantastic outcome and I would like to thank the community for their patience and support while we have been working to secure doctor services for our community."
A Rural Doctors spokesperson said the practice will provide one GP to the clinic from April 10 with a second doctor operating under supervision later this year.
"Our aim is to have two doctors at the Edenhope and District Memorial Hospital clinic once the pandemic is over," the spokesperson said.
"Rural Doctors is a medical practice run my general practioners and nurses in Nhill and Kaniva."
The announcement comes as incumbent Dr Lalani Udalamatta leaves the Edenhope and District Memorial Hospital after seven years.
"I would also like to personally thank Dr Lalani for the outstanding service she has provided to the Hospital, clinic and the community," Mr Saunders said.
"A big thank you must also go to her husband Bandu who provided support to Dr Lalani and was a great contributor to the community."
