Edenhope District Memorial Hospital chief executive Andrew Saunders said the hospital had been completing COVID-19 tests in the community.
"We have had nobody test positive for COVID-19 to date," Mr Saunders said.
Last week, two Edenhope hospital staff members went into self-isolation after coming into contact with a person who tested positive to coronavirus.
At the time, Mr Saunders said the staff members had been in quarantine since Wednesday, March 25, having likely been exposed the Saturday prior.
He suggested the staff members may have been exposed in South Australia, but did not go into details about how and when the exposure took place.
"The exposure they would have had was very minimal and low risk," Mr Saunders said.
