The single vehicle crash involving one male driver occurred at the intersection of Donald-Murtoa Road and Minyip-Coromby and was reported at 8.38am on Thursday.
Waracknabeal Police Sergeant Kylie Newell said on Friday that the man was airlifted to Royal Melbourne Hospital and sustained multiple fractures from the incident.
She said Northern Grampians Highway Patrol would be investigating the crash.
Earlier: A CAR crash has occurred in Minyip at the intersection of Donald-Murtoa Road and Minyip-Coromby on Thursday morning.
Warracknabeal police said a single vehicle had collided with a tree and a single male driver had been behind the wheel.
Police, ambulance and SES have been responding and are still at the incident.
