Roads were re-opened by 5pm on Tuesday after the hazardous chemical spill.
Update 1.30pm;
Country Fire Authority's specialist hazmat brigade from Lucas are onsite to contain the hazardous chemical spill.
District 16 commander Adam Baker said emergency services were called for assistance of a motor vehicle accident just after 8.30am.
"Once we arrived on scene we became aware the vehicle involved was carrying some farm chemicals on a trailer," he said.
"One of those chemicals was a form of weed killer.
"The container carrying the weed killer had ruptured and leaking after the trailer had tipped."
CFA updated the incident to a hazmat incident at about 10am.
"Specialist hazmat brigade from Lucas were called in and they've worked closely with the EPA and also the CFA's scientific officer," Mr Baker said.
"They've come up with a plan to recover the chemical and from there it will be put into storage drums and removed from site.
"There are no injuries to report.
"We are hoping for a resolution by about 4pm."
Mr Baker said traffic management was in place.
"We've been mindful in how we are managing the traffic management process to ensure there is access to the local school and making sure people can still get to the school at school pick up time," he said.
"There is no risk to safety from the result of the incident.
"The chemical is no longer leaking from the container and it's completely contained - it's just now a matter of getting rid of it."
